Responsibilities
The Workforce Experience team is in need of an intern to assist with various special HR projects such as assisting with the creation of ‘how to’ or ‘FAQ’ documents regarding HR processes. The intern would also be able to assist the Workforce Experience team as needed. Interns responsibilities will include:
- Process/ update documentation
- Ad hoc tasks (Such as but not limited to)
- Administrative Compliance
- Policy Support
- HR FAQ
- Material Development
- Gain understanding of Human Resource from profit & non-profit sector
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university
- Be in good academic standing
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have strong communication skills
- Strong writing skills- ideally blog writing
