We’re excited to be looking for a Trainee to join our New York team!
If you are looking to launch your career in the world of Consumer & Lifestyle communications & marketing, our trainee program may be right for you! Your role would support a cross-section of top-notch consumer, hospitality, lifestyle and fashion accounts. The team is collaborative, energetic and passionate, and we are seeking a perfect complement to that dynamic.
The Fine Print:
- Monitor press clippings for clients, track media impressions and craft/maintain coverage reports and grids
- Collaborate with the team in brainstorming pitch angles
- Research press contacts at media outlets/contacts and influencers across social channels
- Ongoing maintenance and updating of media and influencer lists
- Assist with special events, when applicable
- Coordinate media/influencer product seedings and mailers, including handling shipments
- Provide administrative support including setting up conference calls, meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed
- Requires strong organization and writing skills and keen attention to detail

**Trainee roles are hybrid temporary positions, paid, 40 hours per week, with a 4-month term.
