  • Assist in development of client project briefs
  • Assist in creation of internal timelines and manage internal timelines to ensure project progression and timely completion

o Deliverables include PPT slide presentations, printed educational brochures/pieces, scientific animations, interactive digital education pieces/content, content and materials for live and virtual meetings

  •  Act as internal liaison between account management, medical, editorial, production, creative services, and finance

o Route all projects through internal departments and client reviews
o Review content and layout of educational pieces to ensure that team, client, and med/legal/reg comments are addressed
o Ensure departments are meeting deadlines for all aspects of managing and coordinating live meetings with physicians including advisory board meetings, training meetings etc.

  • Communicate with client on day-to-day project status and follow-up on outstanding deliverables
  •  Prepare and submit educational materials for medical/regulatory/legal review at client via client portal
  •  Prepare, maintain, and disseminate weekly status reports (internal and client)
  •  Participate in internal and client status meetings
  •  Monitor budgets and communicate budget status to internal team



  • College degree required
  • 1-2 years of Agency experience desired
  • Strong Organizational, Communication, Written and Interpersonal skills
  • Solid presentation capabilities
  • Experience with MS Office suite preferred but not Mandatory

Position Objectives:
A pivotal member of the account management team, the Account Executive helps to lead the day-to-day of the account by:

  • Working with account team to meet and/or exceed clients’ expectations
  • Managing the day-to-day details of tactical plan implementation for a client’s brand (s) with sense of urgency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of multiple internal and client projects and/or day-to-day needs in a client account as appropriate
  • Helps to garner/organize creative team input/reviewing and commenting on work progress
  • Develop and monitor budgets regularly and initiate proactive budget discussions with internal team when necessary
  • Provide input on project phasing/accruals schedules as requested by Client and within client’s financial
  • Keeps client and agency teams informed of status of deliverables
    • Leads weekly internal status and hot sheet meetings to provide internal teams with the necessary support and direction from an account management perspective
    • Leads client weekly status and develops agenda and Client Contact Reports
    • Leads all external project status meetings (other agencies, media team, med/legal review team, etc.), manage and ensure accuracy of the status reports, provide recaps and proactive follow-ups as appropriate
  • Proactively follow up on action items with team/client to ensure completion (i.e., outstanding queries, reference requests, need for updated references, etc.)
  • Writes/presents Creative Briefs to the client and internal teams
    • Facilitate/assist with facilitation of kick-off meetings
  • Monitor and own project timelines, following up and assisting project coordinator/management team to ensure internal and external deadlines are met
    • Provide direction to and partner with project coordinator and project managers to ensure appropriate project routing and status tracking
  • Participate in development of marketing plans and business building proposals
  • Assist and develop client internal presentations


  • At least 2-3 years advertising agency experience
  • Ability to work autonomously with support as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully multi-task
  • Excellent financial skills (budgeting, estimating/tracking)
  • Successful track record managing client assignments
  • Working knowledge of agency functional areas
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic and responsive
