We are pleased to offer a 6 month Internship starting in February 2017 at BMWof North America, LLC.
6 Month Internship BMW NA – Customer Orientation Communications Specialist / Customer Orientation
As part of the internship the intern will run daily / weekly / bi-weekly status reports on assigned projects as well as conduct benchmark and research studies toward the development of customer-relevant programs. The position contains tasks like the creation of Excel reports to determine on customer orientation trends & needs of Sales & Aftersales Managers. The intern will determine a communication plan on how to raise awareness of internal Customer Orientation programs in the BMW NA organization.
Furthermore the work in coordination with the Customer Orientation Sales & Aftersales Managers to update the Dealer Communication Portal as needed with relevant Customer Orientation material and Mystery Shopping communications is part of the internship. The intern will also work in coordination with the Customer Orientation Aftersales Manager to develop marketing plans for Customer Orientation Aftersales programs to dealerships and realize ad hoc projects.
