Corporate Communications Account Coordinator
The SPI Group, LLC is looking for a full-time Account Coordinator. In this entry-level position, you will work closely with senior management to provide day-to-day account coordination for multiple clients, ranging from editorial activities to website development.
The ideal candidate is a recent, tech-savvy college graduate who is comfortable working in a team environment on multiple projects simultaneously. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact successfully with clients as well as your manager and other team members.
Experience with MS Office is mandatory.
Duties/Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
- Day-to-day account coordination for multiple projects at a time
- Editorial support, from writing articles to light copywriting and proofing
- Maintain editorial and production calendars for multiple projects
- Client communications/updates
- Website updates (through a content management system)
- Testing and QA of Website projects
- Administrative duties
