    Us Weekly digital is looking for one spring intern to assist the online team in developing daily content. Duties will include, but are not limited to: assisting editors with producing content, updating archives, aiding with social media production, transcribing and some writing.

    The intern will ideally start the second week of January and work three days per week in our New York office. We require one of those days to be a Wednesday; no exceptions. The hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This internship is paid.

    Qualifications:
    We are looking for outstanding, self-motivated, creative and resourceful current college students (juniors/seniors) who want to gain firsthand Web experience at one of the world’s largest entertainment news websites.

    Basic HTML skills are required, as is the ability to handle multiple projects and work quickly without sacrificing quality in a deadline-driven environment.

    A passion for celebrities and entertainment news is a must, as well as basic knowledge of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Tumblr and StumbleUpon.
