PR INTERN Responsibilities:
Intern will assist in the development of PR plans by identifying the outlets and tactics to garner articles on our brand position and corresponding products. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing and Communications, The intern will also will research and identify the key events we should be focused on. Assist in messaging supporting Sharp’s brand platform of smart, healthy living and associated products.
Candidates should be engaged in a marketing, communications, creative writing, or journalism field of study. Should be an excellent writer and have an affinity towards healthy lifestyles and products. Candidate should be available to work onsite 20-25 hours per week.
Sharp is seeking a social networking and engineering enthusiast with passion to drive Sharp’s healthy living brand strategy through social media channels. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing and Communications, the incumbent would be responsible to researching and identifying the social media strategies and channels Sharp should be focused on in order to most effectively engage with customers. Also responsible for crafting communications on these channels to promote Sharp’s healthy, smart living brand and products.
Candidates should be well versed and active in a variety of social media channels. Should be a strong writer, engaged in a marketing, communications, or journalism field of study. Interest and knowledge in healthy products/healthy living a plus. Candidate should be available to work onsite approximately 20-25 hours per week and be able to start immediately.
