EPIX is the multi-screen, multi-platform entertainment network from Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate and MGM Studios, delivering new releases, classic library movies, original music, comedy and sporting events anytime and anywhere – on TV, on demand, online and on electronic devices.

The EPIX Corporate office currently seeks a Social Media Intern for our Digital group.


  • Community Management
  • Content Calendar Contribution & Content Scheduling
  • Blogger/Influencer Outreach
  • Reporting/Analytics
  • Prize Fulfillment

Candidate Eligibility: 

  • Students must be classified as an undergraduate upperclassmen (juniors/seniors — 2016 or 2017 graduates) or as a graduate student
  • Well-versed in social media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogging, etc.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to complete projects independently
  • Tech savvy (online applications as well as Microsoft Office software)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • HTML, CSS, Photoshop, or video editing skills are a plus
  • An interest/passion for movies, television and pop culture.
  • A positive attitude and can do spirit.
  • Creativity is a huge plus.
  • Most importantly, a team player!
  • Marketing, English, Communication & Journalism majors are strongly encouraged to apply

Technichal Skills needed:

  • Experiencing participating or working with the following social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Vine, Snapchat, Tumblr, etc.
  • Working knowledge of social media publishing tools, i.e. Hootsuite

Time Commitment:

  • 10 weeks (June 1st through August 6th)
  • Students must be available to work a minimum of two full days to a maximum of 4 days (M – TH) per week
