ENGINE SHOP Account Coordinator Position NJ

Dealer Golf/Tennis Account Coordinator Job Description
* Coordinate certain aspects of multi-tiered national amateur golf and tennis program for a Luxury Automotive Client
* Assist with creation of program website and collateral material
* Assist with creation/ordering of program signage
* Assist with participant gift selection, ordering, and related billing from program partners/vendors
* Work closely with client and designated fulfillment company to ensure all tournament materials are delivered in a timely fashion
* Act as liaison between dealer representatives, club professionals, charity representatives and corporate office to ensure all program requirements are met
* Monitor and track charitable donations raised for program
* Coordinate all aspects of approximately 65 local dealer tournaments and staff as requested by client
* Assist Senior Account Executive with program budgets and related reporting to client
* Generate billing information to client for subsequent chargeback to dealers for participation fee and additional materials
* Implement test-drive premium follow up for assigned events
* Coordinate program test-drive redemption process, including data management on Filemaker and interaction with various program vendors
* Work with dealer and club professional to obtain tournament winner information
* Coordinate Sectional hotel accommodations, travel, golf, tennis, transportation, etc. for all guests
* Assist with Sectional tournament format development
* Provide program & event support to Senior Account Executives, Directors & VP
* Must be willing to travel and work weekends/nights

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* One to two years of experience within an agency/professional services or consulting company or corporate event marketing department
* Golf, tennis and/or hospitality background a plus
* Self starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time with exceptional organizational skills
* Demonstrates communications and computer proficiencies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good working knowledge of Filemaker a plus
* Extreme attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities
* Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
* Identify problems/challenges and work to implement a corrective action plan

* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
* One-two years of Event/Experiential Marketing experience a plus
