Our Associate Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Public Relations Department by providing the following services:

  • Report, and provide support, to a senior JCPR team member (AE/SAE) on a daily basis
  • Development of targeted media lists
  • Monitor, identify, and work with the team to secure appropriate editorial calendar opportunities for clients
  • Assist the JCPR team in securing targeted media placements for clients and deliver consistent results
  • Solving complex client issues in a timely and appropriate manner with oversight
  • Develop strong relationships with key members of the financial media
  • Support senior JCPR executives on a daily basis
  • Provide internet-based research to the team on clients, as required
  • As needed, handle administrative, organizational and reporting tasks for the team and take notes on client calls
  • Assist colleagues with other client and JCPR projects as needed

Our ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of agency experience
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Computer literacy, specifically MS Office
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Cision, Vocus, and/or other public relations software a plus
  • Experience with social media applications including Linkedin, Twitter, Blogs, Radian6
