Social@Ogilvy   is seeking an entry-level digital-savvy Social Media communications   professional to join the New York team. The role will be 60% administrative   focused (working side by side with the EVP of Social@Ogilvy) and 40%   dedicated to learning about the social media space at Ogilvy. This is a   unique opportunity to gain exposure within one of the leading global agencies   and work with an exciting, passionate, and award-winning team.

•Familiar   with and skilled at standard administrative responsibilities such as calendar   management, travel arrangements and maintaining and securing supplies
•Handles   phone calls and visitors professionally and takes accurate messages
•Familiar   with work of the team and office, as well as general network resources
•Administers   financial work of the team including expense reports, vendor invoices, A/P   follow through
•Monitors and   analyzes online media and other relevant digital communications channels
•Employs a   variety of research techniques to understand and analyze online data and   provide insight about relevant online conversations and voices in those   conversations
•Helps   execute social media campaigns
•Conducts   online media outreach

•Interacts   effectively and tactfully with other staff, clients and vendors

•Passionate   about quickly-evolving social media environment (Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest,   YouTube)
