Assistant Community Manager
As the Assistant Community Manager across two beauty brands, you will work with the Community manager and Senior Community Managers in handling real time response on the brands Facebook page. The brand has relationships with celebrities so you will be well versed in trends and pop culture.
A critical member of the community management team, you will be responsible for consumer support and answering questions about the brand to drive engagement. A conversationalist off and online, you also thrive in a dynamic, quickly growing and collaborative team environment. A love for research is also required as your responsibilities include collecting data and metrics for analysis.
To Be Considered
You are a digital native with 1 year of professional work experience. Strong interpersonal skills are required as is an excellent command of written and verbal communication. Digitally savvy, you have a high degree of comfort in online environments, including being an active social media participant. Applicants should be comfortable with Instagram and other Facebook tools and a curiosity to explore emerging trends.
