|Time Inc. seeks a PR Coordinator to assist with communications and public relations activities for the TIME, FORTUNE, MONEY, CNNMONEY.com brands (TIME magazine, TIME.com, TIME for Kids,TIME International, FORTUNE magazine, FORTUNE.com, MONEY, CNNMONEY.COM). Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Communications, the candidate will be responsible for administrative functions as well as entry-level media pitching and assisting with social media engagement. He/she will provide administrative support for the department SVP, including calendar, phone, expense reports and minimal general office management for the department. This role also entails coordinating regular press mailings, building and managing media and event lists, pitching, and organizing television segments for spokespeople. This is an entry-level position with significant potential for growth beyond administrative duties.

Background and Experience
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized/efficient and be able to manage multiple systems simultaneously. He/she will to be able to multi-task, adapt to an extremely fast-paced environment; and will possess exceptional communications and writing skills. Experience in and/or a very strong interest in news, world events, culture and business is a must. He/she is a hard worker and collaborator, able support multiple people simultaneously. This person will have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and will be eager to learn and take on new projects.
