MWW position overview:

We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, strategic, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Strategist. The Digital Strategist will be overseeing the digital strategy for one of the top MWW clients by managing the implementation of impactful social media programs. This position requires deep knowledge of digital platforms and solutions, experience working as part of integrated marketing/inter-agency teams, as well as the ability to develop and present strategic programs derived from research and analytics. 
The Digital Strategist is directly responsible for the digital campaigns of one of MWW’s top clients.  The Digital Strategist will also work closely with account and creative teams to help manage to continuously enhance the digital offering that the team provides to our clients.


•    Primarily involved in the day-to-day  operations of all aspects of client(s) digital work, managing  deliverables, conducting partnerships with other agencies and vendors,  liaising with clients •    Edit, draft and assess all copy that is published through client(s) social media properties •     Deep understanding of Facebook promotional strategies and ability to  work with creative and development teams to see through execution/launch •     Works directly with creative and development teams on wireframe  development, user flows, and expected user interactions/requirements •     In association with the analytics team, drives the development digital  analytics reporting for weekly and monthly deliverables •    Assist in the development and growth of community management team •    Help manage relationships and deliverables with MWW digital partner agencies •    Communicate with all internal stakeholders to keep the team aligned with current efforts •     Stay abreast of industry news and innovative social/digital platforms  and outlets, translating the potential to clients and the broader team


•    Bachelor’s Degree in a related field •    Experience in account management and dealing with clients •    Agency experience preferred •    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment •    Understanding of social media execution and emerging media trends •    Experience working with creative and development teams to execute digital/social strategies and campaigns •    Ability to think creatively in order to best serve our clients with fresh ideas •    High level of proficiency with major social media platforms and online tools •    Ability to interact with all levels of management and clients •    Strong verbal, written and technical communication skills •    3 to 4 years social media marketing experience
